Held in a light and airy studio out of Midtown's Tiny Tots, my prenatal yoga and birth preparation classes have a focus on preparing the mind and body for labour as well as bonding with your baby through touch and sound. Join a supportive and inclusive space and build relationships with other pregnant people in your community!

Connect deeply with the rhythms of nature and the elements as you prepare for motherhood

Classes include a weekly birth education topic, supportive tips, movement, breathing and guided relaxation. Accessible for all stages of pregnancy, with no previous yoga experience required.    

Right now I do ask that you bring all your own equipment with you. A mat and water is necessary but pillows, blocks, blankets and whatever other supportive extras you want to bring are also encouraged.

2024 Fall/Winter sessions: Sep 5th - Dec 19th  (16 weeks)

Time:
Thursday evenings - 7.00pm until 8.30pm
or
Saturday afternoons - 11.30am until 1.00pm

Fees:
Full session fee: $600

Pro-rated options:- If your due date falls before December 16th, you can sign up for a shorter length of time at a prorated amount
- If you join later in the session, you can sign up at a prorated amount - just reach out by email!

A minimum class size of 3 is needed for sessions to go ahead. You will be contacted and refunded if this doesn't happen
