My journey into birth work began with my own transformative pregnancy experience. It was a time of deep intuition, trust, and surrender. Through research in preparation for my birth, I found a deep rooted passion for the incredible abilities our bodies have to grow and birth our babies!

A fire was lighted in me however, when this embrace of body and the process was met with intervention after intervention from a care provider who didn't have the same trust, and I was left battling trauma as I was taking my first steps into parenthood. Drawing on a selection of holistic practices from yoga, to journaling to energy work and magic, I was able to find my feet again and step into my power in this mother phase of life.
