Classes are held in a studio out of Midtown's Tiny Tots, my prenatal yoga and birth preparation classes have a focus on preparing the mind and body for labour as well as bonding with your baby through touch and sound. Join a supportive and inclusive space and build relationships with other pregnant people in your community!

Online:
Prenatal yoga in the comfort of your own home. Live prenatal yoga is a great way to prepare your body for labour and postpartum by strengthening, connecting with and deepening your understanding of your body. These classes will focus on labour preparation at home, positions and movements for active labour and strengthening the body in preparation for a great postpartum.

Classes include a weekly birth education topic, supportive tips, movement, breathing and guided relaxation. Accessible for all stages of pregnancy, with no previous yoga experience required.

Right now I cant provide equipment for in person classes. A mat and water are necessary but pillows, blocks, blankets and birthing balls are also used in classes so if you are able to, its advised to purchase/rent/thrift these items for your use. If this isn't available to you, I will make adjustments and modifications in class.

I am a birth doula so sometimes my classes are disrupted to support someone in labour. If this occurs I will either provide a substitute teacher or I will offer for you to be refunded or transfer your payment to another class.

Refunds and rescheduling are not permitted for No Show sessions.
