Held in a light and airy studio out of Midtown's Tiny Tots, my prenatal yoga and birth preparation classes have a focus on preparing the mind and body for labour as well as bonding with your baby through touch and sound. Join a supportive and inclusive space and build relationships with other pregnant people in your community!

Classes include a weekly birth education topic, supportive tips, movement, breathing and guided relaxation. Accessible for all stages of pregnancy, with no previous yoga experience required.    

Right now I do ask that you bring all your own equipment with you. A mat and water is necessary but pillows, blocks, blankets and whatever other supportive extras you want to bring are also encouraged.

I am a birth doula so sometimes my classes are disrupted to support someone in labour. If this occurs I will either provide a substitute teacher or I will offer for you to be refunded or transfer your payment to another class.

 Refunds and rescheduling are not permitted for No Show sessions.

Fees:
Full session fee: $25 per class

A minimum class size of 2 is needed for sessions to go ahead. You will be contacted and refunded if this doesn't happen
