The postpartum period is an intense and transformative time, filled with hormonal shifts, new demands, and significant changes. It can often feel overwhelming and exhausting. My role during this time is to provide holistic support that honors your unique path and nourishes your body, mind, and spirit. I am here to offer a helping hand around the house, share valuable knowledge, and empower you as you care for your baby.

My primary focus is to ensure you are well-cared for during this transition. I will offer care tips and assist with movement, engagement, and strengthening exercises for your postpartum body. Light housekeeping will help maintain a well-organized space, which can have a profound impact on your physical and mental well-being. I will also prepare nutritious meals to support your healing and meet the demands of caring for your newborn. Together, we will use breath, movement, and energy work to foster a state of healing for both your body and mind.

I currently work between the hours of 4pm and 12am for postpartum care. These support visits will often include supporting a bedtime routine, a home cooked meal, an evening walk, discussions and journalling and generally setting you up for a successful overnight.

Postpartum Support - $40 per hr

• Minimum 12 hours support. (4 x 3 hr visits over 2 week.)
Visits can include:
- Baby care
- Lactation support
- Light housework
- Lots of body talk
- Partner support
- Meal prep
- Birth story unpacking
- Perinatal mental health check ins
- A home cooked meal
More hours can be booked up until 12 months postpartum
