Postpartum Yoga Series (12 weeks)
Begins March 5th 2026.
Rebuild your core, nurture your bond, and find strength from within in this 12-week postnatal yoga journey. Bring your baby or come alone—enjoy extended Savasana time to relax and restore. Designed for new and seasoned mamas/birthing parents returning to exercise. This series blends gentle core work, baby bonding, and holistic healing inspired by doula care and reiki to support healing, connection, and growing stronger together—one breath at a time.

You must be cleared by your doctor to exercise, no previous yoga experience required.
It’s okay if you are running late, have a fussy baby, or need to spend most of class feeding them - this is a space for you to feel relaxed and comfortable, whatever that may look like. This is an inclusive and supportive group.
A mat and water are necessary but pillows, blocks and blankets are sometimes used in classes so if you are able to, its advised to purchase/rent/thrift these items for your use. If this isn't available to you, I will make adjustments and modifications in class.
