My postpartum support classes have a focus on healing the mind and body after labour as well as bonding with your baby and supporting you through the changes and challenges of new postpartum life. Join a supportive and inclusive space and build relationships with other mums in your community!

Classes include a weekly postpartum topic, supportive tips, movement, breathing and guided relaxation. You must be cleared by your doctor to exercise, no previous yoga experience required. Suitable for babes from newborns to crawling
It’s okay if you are running late, have a fussy baby, or need to spend most of class feeding them - this is a space for you to feel relaxed and comfortable, whatever that may look like. This is an inclusive and supportive group.
A mat and water are necessary but pillows, blocks, blankets and birthing balls are also used in classes so if you are able to, its advised to purchase/rent/thrift these items for your use. If this isn't available to you, I will make adjustments and modifications in class.
I am a birth doula so sometimes my classes are disrupted to support someone in labour. If this occurs I will either provide a substitute teacher or I will offer for you to be refunded or transfer your payment to another class.
Refunds and rescheduling are not permitted for No Show sessions.
