These private classes can be held in any location that suits you best, maybe that is a park or at home or even in the gym in your condo building.
Classes include a postpartum or prenatal topic depending on where you are in your journey, supportive tips, movement, breathing and guided relaxation. You must be cleared by your doctor to exercise, no previous yoga experience required.
Right now I do ask that you have all your own equipment with you. A mat and water is necessary but pillows, blocks, blankets and whatever other supportive extras you want to bring are also encouraged.
