Breast/Chestfeeding Circle
The Breast/Chestfeeding Circle is a monthly online group for mums and lactating parents to connect, share stories, and talk openly about feeding in all its forms.

Every Feeding Journey is Unique—Let’s Witness, Share, and Support Together

After baby arrives, we’re often told to feed every 2–3 hours—then sent home with more questions than answers. One of the most common postpartum challenges my clients face is around feeding. While I’m not a lactation specialist, my experience supporting new families—and walking my own path—has shown me just how empowering it is to see real-life feeding in action, to swap stories, laughs (and tears) about the messiness, and learn from the “do’s,” “don’ts,” and “coulda-woulda-shoulda’s.”
Every feeding journey looks different—sometimes it’s every 45 minutes, sometimes every 3 hours. It might mean pumping after feeding, never pumping at all, active feeds, sleepy suckling, and everything in between. All of these are utterly normal parts of life for breast/chestfeeding parents.
This group is a safe space to witness all the ways feeding can look—so no parent feels alone or “not enough.” Whether it’s your first baby or your third, come as you are.
Please note: As a birth doula, I may occasionally need to reschedule if called to a birth. If so, I’ll offer an alternative session date; if this doesn’t work, you’ll receive a full refund. Refunds aren’t available for missed sessions.
