Reiki For Doulas session - $160
Using guided meditation and gentle touch, this session is designed to help doulas release tension, elevate their inner radiance, and nurture deep relaxation. It supports you in maintaining your sacred energy, reducing stress, and strengthening your capacity to hold space for others. Crystals may also be incorporated to further promote balance and harmony within your seven main energy centres, empowering you in your vital role.
